Meet The Team
Jerome Zuercher
Managing Director
Jerome has over 20 years of experience leading tech-driven transformations for high-tech manufacturers, IoT startups, and large multinational service companies.
In the past decade, he has focused on AI transformation, building Data & AI functions and launching AI solutions and products. Since 2019, he teaches AI strategy to executives at ETH Zurich and Babson College.
Jerome holds an M.Sc. in physics engineering from EPFL and an MAS in management, technology and economics from ETH. He has completed executive education programs in leadership, digital transformation, and strategy execution at IMD, INSEAD, and IESE.
Miguel Aires

Miguel has over 5 years of experience in AI solutions architecture and innovation management, specializing in helping businesses transition to AI and cloud-based systems. He co-founded the Innovation department at Planzer, where he leads AI projects.
He has implemented AI-based document processing, warehouse optimization, and demand forecasting, developing prototypes with Azure and AWS. Miguel also advises senior management on cloud, AI, and innovation strategies.
He holds a double M.Sc. in ICT Innovation from Sorbonne Paris, and KTH Stokholm, and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering from IST Lisbon. He is currently pursuing a MAS in management, technology, and economics at ETH Zurich.

Olivier is a Senior Digital Marketing and Communication Leader with over 15 years of experience in analytics-driven marketing and AI-powered strategies for multinational companies. He specializes in marketing automation, and genAI-driven marketplace optimization, leading digital transformations for brands like Adecco Group and Nexus Telecom. As co-founder of Matchspace Music, he oversees marketing and consults startups on growth strategies.
Olivier holds a Bachelor’s in Business Communication from HWZ Zurich, and certifications in Digital Product Management and Marketing. He has completed executive education in leadership and innovation from INSEAD, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Antonio Bruno
Cloud architect
Antonio has over 12 years of experience in senior IT and cloud architecture roles at UBS, Philip Morris International, and biotech startups. He specializes in migrating legacy IT systems to the cloud, making them AI/analytics-ready.
He has led cloud transformation and architecture programs for biotech and IoT companies, and in his spare time, coaches startups on APIs, cloud, DevOps, and security.
Antonio holds an M.Sc. in electronic engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche, an M.Sc. in business administration from the University of Sannio, and a CAS in entrepreneurial leadership from ETH. He is certified in AWS, Google Cloud, and MS Azure architecture.
